Text alerts terms

Cordele Motor Speedway Race Alerts is the track's program for recurring automated marketing text messages about race announcements, ticket offers, schedule changes and rainouts, plus savings-code and race-news emails. Messages relate to Cordele Motor Speedway; signing up does not give sponsors or unrelated businesses permission to market to you.

When signups open, enter your name, email address and U.S. mobile number, check the initially unchecked text-message consent box, and submit the form. Use only a number you are authorized to enroll. The permission covers recurring automated marketing texts from the track at that number. The email disclosure beside the form explains the savings-code, race-news and offer emails you are agreeing to receive.

Under the proposed offer, checking the text-message box is required to receive the ticket savings code. Consent is not a condition of any purchase: you can buy tickets at full price without signing up. The discount and consent structure are still subject to track and legal review.

Submitting details already on file does not change their owner's name or contact details, or restore withdrawn consent. If you need to correct your details or join again after opting out, contact the track. We may need to verify ownership and obtain new permission before making that change.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. The track does not charge a separate fee to join this program. Your carrier's charges are your responsibility.

A code may be shown after signup when one is available. Save any code displayed. Email delivery may be unavailable or delayed; a queued message is not proof of delivery. If a code is missing, you lose it, or the same details were used before, contact the track. Signing up is not a ticket purchase or admission.

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier, device and service availability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check the track's published event information for updates; do not rely solely on a text or email for race schedules or cancellations.

Reply STOP to a program text to cancel at any time. An opt-out confirmation may be sent; it is not a marketing message. Reply HELP for help, or email greg@cordelemotorspeedway.com. You may also email the track to stop texts or make another clear, reasonable request to withdraw permission. STOP is not the only way to ask us to stop.

Text and email permissions are recorded separately. Use the unsubscribe link in a program email to stop emails; stopping email does not itself cancel texts. Tell us if you want both stopped, or want a broader opt-out. We will handle your request according to its scope and applicable requirements. Opting out does not automatically delete records needed to honor that choice or document prior consent.

Eligibility and limit: One discount per eligible paying person who signs up for race updates, is over 18 years of age, provides their own contact information and gives permission to receive the track's marketing communications by text or email. Each person must qualify individually; signing up once does not establish eligibility for other people in an order. The age cutoff and available signup channels are awaiting final confirmation before enrollment opens.

The proposed offer is “Sign up for race updates. Unlock up to 50% off World Crown 300 tickets.” The track's stated offer is 50% off one paid World Crown 300 grandstand ticket per eligible person who signs up: a $30 ticket becomes $15. The discount applies to paid grandstand admission; it does not apply to other ticket types. Any checkout fees are subject to Trackside's confirmed terms. Proposed code expiration is October 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern, the day after the race. This deadline ends code redemption; it does not extend admission beyond the event. The offer is not open. The coupon, age cutoff, signup channels and checkout behavior must be confirmed before enrollment opens.

When a valid code is available, enter it yourself at Trackside checkout. Ticket selection, purchase and payment take place with Trackside, outside this signup form. Review the event's checkout conditions, fees, cancellation and refund policies before purchasing. This signup program does not change those conditions or promise a particular price or refund. Contact the track for order or coupon help.

The planned text service is SlickText, used on the track's behalf. Once configured and approved, we may provide your name, mobile number and, while your email permission is active, your email address to that service to manage the program. The track remains responsible for its messages and your permissions. Text sending will not begin until the account, sending number and program are approved and activated.

We do not sell your mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This includes text-message opt-in data and consent. Service providers may process the information needed to deliver this program, maintain opt-outs and meet legal obligations. See our privacy policy for details.

We will post revisions here with an updated date. Updating these terms does not turn a previous opt-out back into consent or authorize unrelated messages. If a change needs new permission, it must be obtained before using your information for that change. Keep a copy of the terms and offer shown when you sign up.
